Delta.com serves nearly 50 million travelers each month. In early 2025, Delta introduced a more granular fare structure that reshaped how customers compared price and benefits during flight shopping. As one of the primary designers on the initiative, I contributed end to end from design through delivery, partnering closely with product and engineering to iteratively test and refine the experience and ensure increased choice felt clear, intuitive, and effortless at scale.
