In early 2025, Delta introduced a more granular fare structure that reshaped how customers compared price during flight shopping. As one of the primary designers on the initiative, I contributed from design through delivery, partnering closely with product and engineering to iteratively test and refine the experience and ensure increased choice felt intuitive, and effortless at scale.
